Chart your course to a brighter tomorrow.

Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, Bright Helm Leadership and Executive Coaching provides one on one, experience-based coaching for those with the desire to improve themselves, their business, and their lives.

With over a decade of experience in Leadership Coaching and more than 25 years in Organizational and Leader Development, Bright Helm’s founder, David Salisbury, is uniquely suited to guide clients on their journey to a better future. It starts with a consultation meeting and progresses into a customized path for personal and professional growth. Each session is designed to identify and develop strengths, focus effort on priorities, and build habits for success.

Our programs are highly flexible and can easily fit into nearly any schedule, no matter how busy.

“Who needs a coach?” is not the right question…

The right question is… “Who doesn’t?”

Personal growth

Our coaches will guide you through various self-assessments to help you better understand your own strengths, cognitive methods, and biases. From there, we work with you to define short and long-term goals and develop a clear path to achieving them.

Professional growth

Along with personal growth, our coaches will work with you in developing the tools that you can use to improve your professional spheres. Our coaches are versed in a wide range of inter-personal relationship and communication techniques that can help you succeed in nearly any professional setting.

A brighter future

The ultimate goal of our coaching program is to give you the knowledge, skills, and abilities to continually self-assess, prioritize, goal orient, and achieve. We give you access to years of personal and professional experience and help you navigate around potential pitfalls as you chart your course to a better life, a better future, and a better you.

Experience is what you get just after you need it... so it’s always best to learn from others’ experience when we can.
